The role will be divided into 2 phases.

Phase 1 2026

100% focus on recruitment and will run through 2026. We are going to hire and onboard +350 for Production & Operations. You will drive full-cycle hiring for the critical roles that enable the factory to operate production operators, technicians, maintenance, logistics, security, and technical support functions.

Phase 2 End 2026 and on.

Human Resources & Communications

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, policies)
  • Support managers with HR-related matters and employee relations
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with employment legislation
  • Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives

What You Will Do in “Phase 1”

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Build sustainable talent pipelines for recurring roles.
  • Represent FPRT at job fairs, company presentations, and local community events.

3. Collaboration with the Business

  • Partner with production and operations leaders to understand staffing needs.
  • Provide regular, clear updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Help shape interview processes, templates, and selection criteria.

·         You will work closely with the CHRO, production leadership, and line managers to ensure strong hiring pipelines and consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

4. Process, Quality & Onboarding

  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and employer branding.
  • Support smooth onboarding together with HR and line management.
