CSR i TT er i dag et koncernsamarbejde med vores søsterselskaber i Juhler-Group og derfor både internationalt og lokalt med egne tiltag.
CSR committee of JuhlerGroup founded by the beginning of 2015, we requested at least one representative from each company. We have 10 CSR committee members across 6 countries to discuss the CSR issue of JuhlerGroup and we are committed to adopting the best practice.
With the establishment of the CSR committee of JuhlerGroup we try to connect those companies who are still new to CSR with the lead from those companies who have mutual CSR activities. With the influence of CSR committee of JuhlerGroup we can bring back the valuable ideas and suggestions to each company, and each employee is proud to be part of the group who fulfil and commit our fiduciary duty by ethical obligation.
We intend to focus on environment and employee engagement on group basis to implement some common goals within the group but we do allow individual companies to add on any specific own practice to fulfil the commitment of CSR. We rather make small steps ahead instead of big steps on the spot.
We believe that as a successful and ethical company we have to concern about social and environmental behaviour, the responsibility of its business procedure and investments as well as its policies towards employees. We commit ourselves as a member of CSR to find the balance between social responsibility as business entity and economic development in longstanding.
We support a set of core values in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment, and anti-corruption from the 10 principles of UN Global Compact. Due to the fact that culture and impact of CSR vary from country by country, each operating company can decide and design their own policy.
Operating companies from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland joined UN Global Compact to focus on the 10 principles of UN Global Compact in four areas – Human Rights, Labour, Environment, and Anti-Corruption.
Operating companies in Singapore and JuhlerGroup Asia joined Singapore Compact which is the national society promoting sustainable development for businesses and stakeholders in Singapore.
