An important milestone in our sustainability efforts
At Temp-Team, we are proud to share that we have received our first EcoVadis badge. EcoVadis is one of the world’s most recognized platforms for assessing companies’ work with sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
The assessment covers areas such as environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement, and provides companies with an overall score on a scale from 0 to 100. EcoVadis awards a Committed Badge to companies that achieve a score of at least 45 points.
What does it take to achieve an EcoVadis badge?
Completing an EcoVadis assessment requires a thorough review of policies, processes, and documentation. We have worked systematically to map our efforts and ensure that our practices, covering areas such as employee conditions, ethics, environmental impact, and responsible business conduct, are well documented and embedded within the organization.
The assessment is based on concrete actions and documented results. As a result, the process has involved collecting and reviewing a wide range of policies, procedures, and workflows across the organization. It has required strong collaboration between different departments and functions, each contributing knowledge and documentation within their respective areas.
At the same time, the process has provided us with a comprehensive overview of the initiatives and measures that are already part of our daily operations. It has clarified how responsibility is integrated into our business and how many different efforts collectively contribute to the score we have achieved.
Temp-Teams' EcoVadis Score
In our first EcoVadis assessment, we achieved an overall score of 63 out of 100. For comparison, the benchmark for companies of our size is 45 points. This result confirms that we have already established a number of strong processes and initiatives within responsible business practices, and it is a recognition of the work carried out every day across the organization.
For us, the score reflects that responsibility is an integrated part of how we run our business. We are proud that our efforts in areas such as employee conditions, ethics, and business practices have been assessed according to an international standard like EcoVadis. It validates the structured and focused way we work with responsibility.
For us, sustainability is not only about measurements, reporting, and certifications. It is about the way we make decisions in collaboration with clients, candidates, and colleagues. We strive to be a responsible partner and workplace, where sustainability is embedded in both decisions and actions. With the EcoVadis badge, we have gained important recognition of our efforts and a solid foundation to build on going forward.
