Our History

A dream of having influence over his own working life led Erik Juhler to take the first steps and establish Temp-Team in 1979.
He brought with him solid experience from the business world, along with an awareness of the difference it makes for people to feel that their contribution to the labor market has value.

In a sparsely furnished shared office on Vesterbrogade in Copenhagen, the bank-trained entrepreneur created the first framework for Temp-Team together with two colleagues.

"We started out very modestly, and I myself worked as a temp on several occasions. It was a great way to get to know the business,” Erik Juhler recalls about the early days.
