The 17 Sustainable Development Goals
Goal nr. 4: Quality education
At Temp-Team, we work to promote access to quality education through our trainee and apprenticeship programs. Additionally, we support the PlanBørnefonden by sponsoring a child in Togo, West Africa.
Goal nr. 5: Gender equality
At Temp-Team, we strive to ensure a balanced gender representation on our boards. Additionally, we always make sure that our temporary workers receive equal pay for equal work, regardless of gender.
Goal nr. 8: Decent work and economic growth
Temp-Team actively works to match candidates with companies, and we create decent jobs by employing our temporary workers under collective agreements. We help individuals find their place in the labor market while simultaneously supporting the growth of businesses.
Goal nr. 10: Reduced inequalities
Temp-Team contributes to reducing inequality by helping people find employment. We ensure alignment between workload and compensation, and we take pride in securing successful recruitments through individually tailored onboarding processes.
Goal nr. 12: Responsible consumption and production
At Temp-Team, we are mindful of our own consumption, which is reflected in our company culture and the partnerships we engage in.
Goal nr. 17: Partnerships for the goals
Temp-Team facilitates collaboration between businesses and job seekers. Through our recruitment services, we promote sustainable working relationships across sectors.

Global Compact
In 2009, Temp-Team joined the UN Global Compact, which focuses on 10 fundamental principles in the following areas:

Temp-Team A/S Denmark is committed to the Global Compact principles because we want to remind ourselves of how we act in relation to the planet's limited resources. We will continuously develop new, creative methods to avoid waste of resources and to conserve our consumption.
How we support the ten fundamental principles
Human rights
PlanBørnefonden
Temp-Team ensures that children and young people in disadvantaged areas of the world can attend school and receive an education. Therefore, we have sponsored several different African girls during their schooling, and currently, we are sponsoring 8-year-old Jeannette, who lives in Togo, West Africa.
She attends school less than a 30-minute walk from her home in the city of Atakpamé, and her favorite subject is mathematics.
As a sponsor for Jeannette, we contribute to ensuring that she receives an education and can support herself and her family later in life.
Denmark's Collection (Danmarks Indsamling)
Temp-Team supports Denmark's Collection to contribute to more sustainable global development. We take on our share of the responsibility to ensure that we in Denmark stand together to help people in need in the poorest parts of the world.
Project VELKOMMEN HJEM
Temp-Team supports veterans in transitioning to civilian careers.
Labour
Temp-Team employs staff solely based on their professional and personal qualifications. Race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, and political affiliation are not considered in the recruitment process. The same applies to compensation, training opportunities, promotions, and more.
It is important for us to foster a good and safe working environment—both for those we assist in finding jobs and for our own employees.

Environment
Treeapp
Temp-Team has partnered with Treeapp, which focuses on environmental sustainability through the 'Plant a Tree Campaign.' We commit to planting a tree for every position we fill (see video on the right).

Temp-Team supports the organization Save the Orangutan as a sponsor for the orangutan Valentino in the jungles of Borneo.

Other ESG and CSR Initiatives:
- All our printed materials comply with FSC requirements and the Swan Label.
- Temp-Team utilizes public transportation whenever possible.
- We are a hybrid workplace, allowing our employees to work from home up to two days a week.
- We hold Teams meetings with clients and candidates whenever it makes sense.
- We return and recycle all IT equipment.
- Our merchandise is sustainable, Fairtrade, and organic.
- Our website is a CO2-neutral platform. This means that the CO2 emissions from both the website and its users are neutralized through measurable CO2 reductions. This is achieved by establishing new renewable energy sources and participating in controlled CO2-reducing projects.

We wholeheartedly support this cause. Several of our own employees have fought against cancer, have been caregivers, or have lost someone they loved. The fight against cancer is therefore very close to our hearts.

At Temp-Team, we collect donations for Julehjælpen.dk so that we can help give children in Denmark a wonderful Christmas.
Social responsibility and Juhler Group
Temp-Team always places people at the center. With the individual as our focal point, it is a given for the company to have a clear social and environmental profile, along with a high degree of understanding of morality and ethics.
The CSR efforts at Juhler Group are clearly reflected in:
