We plant a tree for every order!

Vi planter et træ for hver ordre

Juhler Group has entered into a partnership with Treeapp as part of our ‘Plant a Tree Campaign’, where we commit to planting one tree for every position we fill. Treeapp is a global organization that has planted more than 200 tree species across five continents and is recognized for its work in environmental sustainability – among others by Sir David Attenborough.

As part of the partnership, Juhler Group has invested in a private forest in Indonesia with a focus on restoring mangrove forests, which are crucial for flood protection and supporting rich biodiversity. The collaboration began with the planting of 37,338 trees, carried out in close partnership with local communities and NGOs, creating both environmental and social value.

Since 2024, Temp-Team – together with local workers – has been part of this effort, contributing to the reforestation of mangrove forests in Indonesia. The project has strengthened biodiversity and helped absorb CO₂ from the atmosphere – and the goal in Indonesia has now been achieved.

The collaboration continues in Tanzania!

Our partnership with Treeapp continues, and the next step is reforestation in Tanzania, in the Mkussu Nature Forest. The aim is to restore a sustainable forest habitat, strengthen local education, protect wildlife, and reduce CO₂ emissions.

At the same time, the project creates local value through collaboration with tree nurseries, where students gain knowledge about climate change, and through tree-planting events that strengthen community engagement. In addition, erosion is reduced and soil quality is improved, contributing to a more resilient ecosystem.

The reforestation efforts also help restore habitats for wildlife – including the colobus monkey, which lives in the treetops and feeds on leaves it can digest thanks to its specialized stomach. As the forest is restored, both its food sources and a stable habitat for the species are secured.

We continue to plant one tree for every position we fill.
