As an on-call temp, you are paid hourly with a fair wage in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, ensuring you always receive what you are entitled to. You accrue holiday pay, and if you already have a workplace pension, contributions are made from day one. You are also covered either by Temp-Team’s or the client company’s collective agreement, so your rights are always protected.
