Corporate Social Responsibility

In 2009, Temp-Team joined the UN Global Compact, which focuses on 10 basic principles within human rights, labor rights, environment and anti-corruption.

Temp-Team A/S Denmark commits to the Global Compact principles because we want to remind ourselves of how we act in relation to the planet's limited resources. We will constantly develop new, creative methods to avoid wasting resources and limit our consumption.

Temp-Team supports and works actively for the 10 sustainable, basic principles Global Compact has developed.

Temp-Team only hires employees on the basis of their professional and personal qualifications. Race, gender, religious, sexual and political orientation are irrelevant in the recruitment process. The same applies to compensation, training opportunities, promotion, dismissal and resignation.
