The position is based in Vojens, Denmark and remote work is not available.

  • Lead Warehouse Supervisors and Operators, building a disciplined culture focused on accuracy and accountability
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance ERP, barcode scanning, and MES integration

What We Are Looking For

You are a detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven leader with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to manage complex operations under pressure.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or a related field
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, ideally in manufacturing, chemical, or defense sectors
  • You must find it exciting to build and develop a workplace from scratch. Experience in this is a plus
  • Systems Literacy: Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, or similar) and barcode scanning technology
  • Hazardous Materials: Demonstrated ability to manage the storage and handling of hazardous or high-value materials
  • Safety Knowledge: Deep understanding of warehouse safety and compliance frameworks in a regulated environment
  • Skills: Strong people management, budget optimization, and data literacy (Excel, Power BI)
