We are looking for an Operations & Coordination Lead to take ownership of workflows and coordination across three essential operational areas: logistics, lab maintenance, and lab operations. Your mission will be to ensure that day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting a world-class R&D facility where scientists and engineers are developing groundbreaking technologies.
The activities you will be responsible for coordinating are currently carried out by a team of 5 employees: 2 maintenance engineers, 2 lab technicians and 1 logistics coordinator.
Key Responsibility
- Coordinate and align workflows across logistics, lab maintenance, and lab operations.
- Take ownership of coordination tasks and drive operational efficiency across logistics, lab maintenance, and lab operations.
- Develop and implement processes and SOPs to support structured and scalable operations.
- Support workstations in reaching their targets.
- Continuously evaluate and improve coordination processes to enhance service quality.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and report to the site lead.
- Support onboarding and training new team members.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, structured, and proactive, with a strong coordination mindset and a background in operational environments.
- Proven experience in coordination, planning, or operations, ideally from production, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
- Experience in process design and SOP documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience as a team lead or in a similar leadership role is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, technical environment (no need for deep lab technical expertise).
- Fluent in English (corporate language)
- Good understanding og systems and tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and Azure DevOps (nice, but not required)
