We are looking for a skilled and proactive Logistics Coordinator for our clients’ new Research & Development Lab in Kongens Lyngby.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the logistics and distribution of shipments, outbound shipping, inventory management, and services to support R&D lab, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process.

Responsibility:
Receiving/Shipping:
- Accept (Check-in) and document packages and deliveries made to the facility
- Inspecting incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies, and verifying contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Disperse and/or store items received in appropriate work and storage, documenting any changes
- Shipping Preparation: Retrieving items for shipment, verifying accuracy, packaging goods, and generating shipping labels and packing slips
- Identify and resolve shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies as they arise
- Maintain a clearly organized workspace
Inventory Management:
- Maintaining record of equipment/assets as they are delivered to the facility
- Assist with maintaining inventory database for equipment assets
- Work with local teams to help maintain and forecast usage on consumable inventory
Process Adherence:
- Work within established processes and collaborate with the team to maintain and enhance efficient procurement procedures.
Project Coordination:
- Manage project-related paperwork, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and interface with teams across different geo-locations.
- Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure accurate tracking of assets, maintain compliance for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Min 2 years of experience within Logistics, procurement, or customer support in the logistics – shipping/receiving, project coordinator or warehouse support.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and catch up when necessary.
- Strong communication skills - Actively engage with stakeholders, including senior management, technical staff, and business leadership.
- Fluency in English is required (corporate language)
- Good understanding og systems and tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and Azure DevOps (nice, but not required)
- Familiarity with cleanroom and/or Lab equipment and other relevant tools (nice, but not required).
